Welcome to the Institute of Okinawan Karate-Do website. IOK is a traditional Uechi / Shohei Ryu dojo with a large and active community. We currently have classes for children and adults six days a week for all ability levels. We are located just south of Boston in Quincy MA.

Spring 2009 Testing

The pre-test will be on Sunday March 22nd and the promotional will be on Sunday May 17th. Your instructor will have the latest details.

We are excited and anticipate a large turnout.
