Welcome to the Institute of Okinawan Karate-Do website. IOK is a traditional Uechi / Shohei Ryu dojo with a large and active community. We currently have classes for children and adults six days a week for all ability levels. We are located just south of Boston in Quincy MA.

Congratulations to David Chan for taking 3rd in kata and 4th in kumite at the West Bay Open on February 24th.

It was a blast going down to Rhode Island and watching David compete. There were many different styles represented and the people were very friendly. Real nice tourney.
